Blue Vervet Ltd was set up in 2003 by a group of senior IT consultants with extensive experience from the telecoms, media and technology sectors. We provide our IT expertise stress-free and in Plain English.

We provide specialist content and information management solutions to a wide range of SME and corporate clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand and meet client requirements on time and to budget.

Our organisational size ensures we are easily accessible to our clients and able to maintain a high degree of quality control. The team you meet is the team that will do your work.

Blue Vervet Ltd is headed by Dan Hulsmann, Managing Consultant. Dan has over 20 years experience in the IT industry from working as a research scientist with Philips Electronics developing video-on-demand solutions to heading the Virgin Group's premier ISP and UK's No 1 Entertainment and Leisure portal as CTO, setting up IT infrastructures and services supporting in excess of 1 million customers.

We operate a subsidiary in Recklinghausen, Germany, which is aimed at servicing our customers in continental Europe and at the same time helps reduce our environmental footprint by largely avoiding air travel.

What's in the Name?

We get asked this quite often. The "Blue Vervet" is a monkey species inhabitating large parts of Southern Africa. Being a rather agile primate we feel quite privileged carrying its name and helping us bring an agile approach to our work ethos and technology as a whole. Can you spot the vervet monkey in our logo?
